Ordering & Shipping

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes. We offer free shipping on every order shipped within Canada. No minimum purchase required.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: Currently, we ship exclusively to Canada. We do not offer international shipping.

Q: How long does order processing take?

A: Processing takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and holidays are not counted.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: After processing, delivery to Canadian addresses takes 4–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You may return products within 30 calendar days of receipt, but only for quality-related issues (defects, damage during transit, or other verified quality problems). Unused condition and original packaging are required. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Email info@fentybeauty.cfd with your order number and a description of the issue (including photos/videos if possible). We will provide a Return Authorization Number and a prepaid return label.

Q: Do I pay for return shipping?

A: No. We provide free return shipping for all approved returns.

Q: Is there a restocking fee?

A: No. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Q: How long does a refund take?

A: After we receive and approve your return, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund typically appears on your original payment method within 7–10 business days (depends on your bank).

Product & Quality

Q: What does “quality issue” mean?

A: A quality issue includes manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or any other problem that makes the product unusable as intended.

Q: Are your products tested?

A: Yes. Every product undergoes quality checks before being listed for sale.
