We currently ship exclusively to addresses within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

After processing, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days to Canadian addresses. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations.

4. Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within Canada. No minimum purchase is required.

5. Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier assigned to your shipment will be determined based on your delivery location and package characteristics.

6. Order Tracking

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at info@fentybeauty.cfd. We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
