1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused – The product shows no signs of use or wear.
- Original packaging – The product is returned in its original packaging, including any seals or inserts.
- Quality issue – The return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or another verified quality problem.
Returns for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection (when the product is otherwise in perfect condition), or any other non-quality reason are not accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or show wear
- Products missing original packaging or components
- Returns submitted after the 30-day window
- Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked at time of purchase)
4. Return Process
To start a return:
- Contact us at info@fentybeauty.cfd with your order number and a description of the quality issue (including photos/videos if possible).
- Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) if approved.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the return package to the address below using the prepaid label we provide.

5. Return Shipping Cost
We offer free return shipping for all approved returns. A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you.
6. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees or re-stocking fees.
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund initiation: 1–2 business days after approval
- Refund delivery to your original payment method: 7–10 business days after initiation (depends on your bank or payment provider)
8. Refund Method
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
